Q: "Is SFM cancelled today?"
A: The show always goes on! SFM never cancels. Rain, shine, or snow, the vendors will be there.
Q: "How do I become a vendor?"
A: Read the vendor page on this web site then send an email to: info@scoutfleamarket.com
Q: "What time does the market begin?"
A: The market begins at 9am. We discourage early shopping. Most vendors use every minute leading up to 9am to unpack and set up. Honestly, you'll find better items and have an awesome shopping experience if you wait to arrive until 9am. There is more than enough cool junk to go around!
Q: "I sent in an application. When will I hear back?"
A: SFM will contact all applicants within one week of receiving the application. Please feel free to follow if its been longer than two Do not assume that just because you've submitted an application does not mean you are approved. We can only accept 25 vendors per market.
Q: "Can I just arrive and pay to be vendor?"
A: Sorry, No. Due to limited space applications must be received, approved and paid before the day of the market. Vendors showing up without a reservation will be turned away.
Q: "How much is it to get to SFM?"
A: Nothing! This is a free family friendly market. Bring the kids and your friends.
Q: "Can I bring my dog?"
A: Scout Flea Market takes place outdoors, so you can bring your pets on a leash- HOWEVER, pets are not allowed inside True North. So leave Fido at home so you don't have to miss out on the 70+ vendors inside True North.
Q: "Is there an ATM at Scout?"
A: Sorry, no. Cash is king, so bring cash. Some vendors make accept checks or credit cards, but don't count on it. Grundy Bank does have an ATM and it is located 1/4 mile east at the stoplight on Bedford and Lisbon Roads. (you'll pass it on the way if you are traveling from Route 47 or Interstate 80.
